Therapeutic massages are a great tool to use during your selfcare journey.
Every session is catered to what your goal is at that time from relaxation to deep tissue, Ashiatsu, hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, targeted essential oil application, and always learning and implementing.
This 2-2.5hr session starts with a customized foot soak to help you ground your energy and bring your existence into the moment. While those precious supports you walk on all day revive in the foot bath you get to word vomit and release all that negative/positive shit holding up space in your brain dome AND Jenna has a wonderful selection of oracle cards to help you with any connections or messages from the Universe.
You will be amazed how this release before physically laying on the massage table will boost your experience and results.
Once the mind and body have made the connection and a session plan is in place you will experience your bodywork with warm massage oil, hot stones and lovely essential oil therapy.
After your bodywork you will replenish at the refreshment station and speak with Jenna about optional tools and support.
