Every week, join Jenna and other females on their sober/sober-curious path within this safe, judgement-free space.
Bring your coffee/tea and journal to gather with others seeking time to connect and time for themselves, to share and be held accountable in growth and love.
Don't journal? That's ok. These fun gatherings can be worked into a journal and/or taken as is. We are here to let go and flow in creativity.
We begin with a card pull/journaling prompt/"food for thought". You may write about it or save for future delving.
During this thoughtful time, you will immerse yourself in essential oil support for your needs. For example: stress relief, emotional/physical support, protection, courage, harmony, etc.
Then be guided through a mindful artistic craft to take with you and implement into your life practice for better wellness. Some examples of the calming-creative play you will explore are, and not limited to, watercolors, acrylic paint play, collaging, doodling, cuss and color pages, yarn painting, gratitude journaling, beading bracelets, essential oil supporting rollers/sprays, etc.
Each event is $20 to cover supplies and amenities.

Serenity Saturday 1st Ever Kickoff!!!!

Enjoy the benefits of slowing down and coloring while connecting to that guttural divine connection of dropping some f-bombs while giggling through these silly swear word pages.

You will receive a goody bag for attending the kickoff, a coloring pack you get to customize your own pages AND your choice of a mini essential oil roller to help support your calming/focus needs.
October 19th
Watercolor Play:
​
Let your expectations ease and the watercolor flow.
Learn a few simple techniques and get swept away with the joys of watercolor play. Taking only 10mins in your day to use watercolors can make a tremendous difference in stress relief, focus and grounding.
​
You will receive several pieces of watercolor paper to use and take with you, along with your own watercolor palette and a mini essential oil roller made just for you to help calm or uplift.

​F*CK You/Thankful Pumpkins:

Say what!?!?! First of all we all have bullsh*t doubts/disbeliefs about ourselves in our heads that resonate in our physical and emotional being.
Let's say F*CK THAT to THAT BULLSH*T!!!

You will smothering a real pumpkin in all those awful thoughts about yourself with a marker and the bullsh*t people have said to you, then smash that pumpkin outside to get that aggression out and release those limiting beliefs!
Afterwards, move into a calming watercolor exercise painting pumpkins on paper and writing all the beautiful/grateful things about yourself around them.

Today explore the mindset of gratitude
Learn about the benefits of slowing down to give thanks, and play with different gratitude techniques through selfcare to improve quality of life.
​
Examples would be pop-open cards, gratitude lists/journaling, create a gratitude jar to fill and cherish all year, and help yourself to writing-prompt/coloring pages for your own journaling/selfcare time.
