Bring your coffee/tea and journal to gather with others seeking time to connect and time for themselves, to share and be held accountable in growth and love
Don't journal? That's ok. These fun gatherings can be worked into a journal and/or taken as is. We are here to let go and flow in creativity.
We begin with a card pull/journaling prompt/"food for thought". You may write about it or save for future delving.
During this thoughtful time, you will immerse yourself in essential oil support for your needs. For example stress relief, emotional/physical support, protection, courage, harmony, etc.
Then be guided through a mindful artistic craft to take with you and implement into your life practice for better wellness.  Some examples of the calming-creative play you will explore are, and not limited to, watercolors,…
